What started as a simple passion project, to create an affordable scull for the South African rowing market, has since evolved into a very unique and extremely innovative high performance shell development program.

 

Our extensive team has global experience in advance composite design and manufacturing, taking inspiration and experience from sports and technologies outside of the mainstream rowing world.

The shell innovations and innovations include: 

- advanced 3D scanning and analysis of title holding SA hulls. 

- the designer of current and multiple world championship hull CADs.  

- advanced CNC prototype and plug manufacturing.

- development and testing of prototype riggers by a top UK fabricator.

- input from top local and international composite materials consultants.

- new composite materials based on durable carbon layups which have proved their value by winning three K1 marathon world championship golds.

- independent input and testing by top SA and international coaches and rowers.
